Susan R. Harris has been licensed in Colorado since 1982. She brings over forty years of practical experience in resolving thorny problems and quandaries that may arise in the course of administering an estate or trust, but that cannot be resolved in the real world by simply studying the applicable law – or drawing on prior general legal or administration experience. Every situation is unique in the world of fiduciaries and the beneficiaries they serve. Law and human interactions both play major roles in estate and trust practice.
